The ST-1322 is a device that measures the avalanche characteristics of POWER MOS FET N-channel/P-channel under L-load conditions and performs GO/NG judgment. All test items are processed and analyzed by hardware, allowing for faster testing compared to conventional devices that use digital oscilloscopes. It can be connected online to a higher-level computer for data management and test condition management. Additionally, it has a self-test function.
